Jake, a young patient experiencing his first episode of psychosis, has recently been admitted to the ward. He is very unwell and struggling with intense fear and distress. As his emotions escalate, the multidisciplinary team (MDT) works together to support him, helping to reduce his distress while keeping Jake, other patients, and staff safe.
